March 8 2010

Well, another week! I just cant believe how the days fly by. I am loving the nicer weather. It is still cold but we do have a lot of sun so that makes it nice.

This last week was so fun. Sr Burgoyne and I got to meet up with the other sisters in Brussels and we went to dinner at Rachel s house. we got to eat African food with our hands and she gave us both African headdress things. I forgot their name but I defiantly don't look as cool as she does when I wear it.
On Wednesday I went to pick up Sr Clark from the gare. We got her a little settled in and then we went to see Marie Clair. We taught about prophets and we used some fun visual aids. things like that help me learn and Marie Clair seemed to understand that better than she did before. Sr Clark and I teach very well together. A lot of that comes from the fact that we served together before and that she was trained by Sr Bagwell. It has been fun to see how much she has grown in just 6 weeks. We are having a lot of fun contacting everyone we meet. She likes to keep track of the countries that ppl are from and I didn't realize how diverse everyone is until last night when we were going through her list. Crazy! I finally found the explanation point but I haven't found the apostrophe yet.... but I did find spell check and that makes it nice.
We decided to really try hard to do everything that the area presidency has asked, including setting dates of baptism on the first RDV. This is scary. I get so nervous, but we want to be obedient so we do it. We set another baptismal date with a lady named Julie who is AMAZING and then a lady named Patricia V said that she needed to pray about it and then she will. We are working hard and it is so fun.

Are Jake and Dusty study partners? That is funny. Tell them all hi.

Things are great! happy birthday to Graham, Jenni and Jamie. What a good day!
Love you all,
Sr Hulet
